In Greece specimens have been collected in June, July and September in Malaise traps; 190-750 m.
Diagnostic description:
2 dc; halter black; male basoflagellomere enlarged and long pubescent; palpus enlarged, longer than mesonotum but relatively thin, long pubescent.
